There are around 35 ish tracks which is a big improvement over last years game, which only had 17. Single Player: Single Race: Pick between 5 modes and play tracks you have unlocked for those modes. I will be covering the hopefully in detail. This game is a BIG improvement over the original, but there are still some major problems.
Race modes: Nationals: Race in 12 tracks ripped straight from Alive. But hey, it is at least more balanced than the 360/ps3 versions. Online: HOLY **** THIS MODE IS BROKEN! the only time I managed to join a server, I was met with lag and glitches. Multiplayer: Local Multiplayer: Basically, it's single race mode, but in split screen (2 players only). It should take you around 15 hours to complete.

17 tracks most of which are well designed. Supercross: The main meat of the game. Great for practicing the tracks. Free Ride: Race on all of the tracks in the game (except for nationals tracks) they are open world and you are free to explore them.
